Connect a source — one project per client engagement

A project is a connected source plus a destination: the Snowflake schema where the raw data lands, and the target (dbt) layer to build toward. Sources connected through Airbyte (Infor ERP, Salesforce, Procore, databases) all land in the warehouse — point the project at that landing schema and it works the same as a direct Snowflake source. Credentials are encrypted at rest; conventions and cached SQL are kept per project.
